The property is located just a few minutes´ drive from the village of Velez Blanco with good track access. Both Velez Blanco & neighbouring Velez Rubio are home to many amenities, such as schools, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, medical centre etc. The nearest coastal resort is Aguilas, approximately a 55 minute´ drive away. Local street markets are held in Velez Blanco on a Wednesday and Velez Rubio on a Saturday.

Driving between the almond groves, with a spectacular backdrop of the La Muela mountain, we reach the property.
