Both Velez Blanco & neighbouring Velez Rubio are home to many amenities, such as schools, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, medical centre etc. The nearest coastal resort is Aguilas, approximately a 55 minute´ drive away. Local street markets are held in Velez Blanco on a Wednesday and Velez Rubio on a Saturday.

This bathroom is also where the boiler is located. The second & third bedrooms are found to the rear of the living room; both good size double rooms.
The plot measures almost 9,000m², most of it covered with almond trees which are maintained by a local farmer. As mentioned, part of the plot is fenced.
