Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

Constructed as part of two individual homes in 2019 the Sycamores offers all the benefits one would expect from a modern home with excellent specifications and high quality fittings throughout, open plan living with the kitchen dining and living space and strong energy efficiency (EPC: B). The home has also just been redecorated ahead of being made available for rent and so is its presentation is also well worth of a mention.

One thing that can sometimes lack in modern homes is outdoor space. Thankfully, due to the design of the plots, this home boasts an impressive lawn garden and patio area which is South West facing and enjoying good levels of privacy. The landlord has also kindly included a gardener to maintain the gardens within the rental figure.

Internally the property consists of an entrance hall, living room with bay window feature, reception room that¿s ideal for a home office or playroom, cloakroom toilet and finally a fully fitted kitchen, with central island and breakfast bar, that¿s open plan design offers additional dining and living space. The kitchen includes integral white goods with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and newly fitted washing machine.

The first floor houses the four bedrooms, one of which benefitting from an en suite shower room whilst the remaining three bedrooms are served by the family bathroom.
A property in this excellent condition and with many points to its merit can be rare to find on the rental market and as such is definitely worth of consideration so for a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
