Maltby Street with its vibrant food markets and bars and restaurants is a 5 minute walk. Bermondsey street with lots of great coffee spots, pubs and restaurants is 10 minutes walk.
Looking for somebody that wants a nice homely place they will take care of. It a great space to have friends over and chill but not for parties or anything like that, all our neighbours are very quiet and there is a nice community in the small building.
Must be looking to stay for at a year and sign a one year contact.
