The Location
Tremezzo is approximately 20 km north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars open until late in Tremezzo and Menaggio, and many restaurants specialising in typical 'cucina Lariana', which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake. Tremezzo is also the home of the famous Villa Carlotta which attracts visitors from all over the world. Within 10 minutes drive North or South of Tremezzo are situated the towns of Menaggio and Lenno both of which have large supermarkets and a wealth of shops, restaurant and bars. Every Tuesday at Lenno there is an open air market which runs alongside the lake front and sells all manner of goods including food, clothing and ironmongery.

Accompanying clients to all the properties that match their requirements, which for overseas clients is normally 1 or 2 days as we want clients see sufficient properties so that they maximize their time during their stay and consider options available without concerns, which will lead to informed decision making

Providing all information regarding the purchase process, costs involved in the completion as well as costs for the routine management of the property - annual tax (IMU), water, electricity and gas bills. We ensure the client will have no unpleasant surprises and so all the information we provide will give clarity throughout.
