I’ve enhanced the property with upvc sash windows all round, shutters to the front, 4 piece en-suite bathroom and wood burner (so cozy during winter!), refitted traditional kitchen with butler sink, bespoke cupboards and shelves in the 1st reception room as well as a fresh lick of paint throughout. The property is perfect and ready for the next owner to enjoy.”

Area View...A very short walk to the train station and a little further to the centre of town. The Rye Parkland is also within a 10 minute walk. The road itself is made of predominantly terrace houses built around 100 years ago for the railway workers.
