Directions
From Exeter take the A376 and take a left at the first roundabout signposted Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton.
On entering Woodbury continue down Globe Hill and at the bottom turn left signposted Woodbury Salterton.
Follow this road through the village for approximately 3/4 mile turning right into Summerfield. The property is the second house on the right hand side.
