Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to rent a garage, they do not need to be an Abri customer. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis - please advise of your preferred location upon application.

Abri do not guarantee that garages are watertight and resistant to water ingress. Abri recommend customers do not store items of high value in the garage. Abri are not responsible for the security of the garage other than providing a useable lock. Abri do not offer additional security measures. Customers may request permission to add additional Security measures.

All residents including those who are new to Abri, pay their rent in advance. Rent is charged weekly in advance and you would need to pay £35.42 upfront, which is 2 weeks rent in advance on the garage tenancy, before you sign the tenancy documents.

The garage is ready to let immediately, therefore please only apply if you are in a position to proceed with a tenancy quickly. Garages will not be allocated to Abri customers who are in rent arrears, are in breach of their tenancy, or are involved in anti-social behaviour.
