Vendor Comments
This flat has been our home for the past seven years and holds so many special memories. I originally moved in with my older brother — it was a perfect fit for us. The modern top-floor layout, town centre location, and easy access to bus and train routes made life simple, especially as he didn’t drive and I was still young and enjoying the convenience of everything being close by.
As time went on, life moved forward — my fiancée moved in, and my brother set off for a new life in Australia. We then welcomed our little boy, and the two-bedroom layout continued to suit us perfectly. He’s grown up here, and we’ve loved watching him look out over the tennis courts and play in the communal garden, always smiling and watering some of the neighbours plants.
The flat is bright, spacious and has two bathrooms, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere — all just a short walk from Solihull town centre. It’s also only a short drive to Birmingham Airport, which has been ideal for visiting family abroad. The community here has been lovely, and we’ve had nothing but friendly neighbours. Quite a few have said they’ll be gutted not to see our little boy running around the garden anymore.
We’ve loved our time here, and now we’re simply looking for something with a little more space as our family grows.
