Double patio doors lead out onto a large decked area with steps down to the very private low maintenance garden which wraps around two sides of the house. This is the perfect space for family barbeques or a quiet morning coffee before the day starts.
There is a large kitchen diner with plentiful contemporary white units and a white ceramic sink with swan neck tap under a large window that looks out over the rooftops. A gas hob with glass extractor, eye level electric oven and generous worktop space, as well as integrated appliances, make cooking a breeze, whether it's weekday dinners or weekend gatherings with friends.
A useful cloakroom/utility with plumbing for a washing machines completes the upstairs space.
Downstairs are three well proportioned double bedrooms which are cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The principal bedroom has an ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe and the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom with electric shower over the bath so no more worries about queues for the bathroom in the morning. There is also a useful storage cupboard - you can't have too much.
Outside is a driveway for one car plus another pull in at the front of the house and Clumber Drive couldn't be more convenient for the town centre which is just a few minutes' walk.
This home offers a refreshing twist on traditional layouts, with space, style, and practicality at its core. If you're seeking a property that supports busy family life while offering room to grow, this could be your perfect next chapter.

Frome is a popular Somerset town which is regularly voted one of the best places to live in the South West. It is home to a very creative community of writers, artists and musicians with the music venue, The Cheese and Grain, having previous hosted a surprise gig by the Foo Fighters as well as Paul McCartney's pre-Glastonbury gig.
It offers a variety of high street names and a large selection of independent shops and cafes, particularly on the iconic Catherine Hill. The town hosts a very popular independent market held on the first Sunday of every month between March and December and an Arts Festival in July.
Frome was one of the first places in the country to have a Community Fridge where residents and shop owners can donate excess food to the community to prevent food waste. There is a leisure centre with pool, several theatres, a train station with good links to London, Cardiff, Dorset and Devon and whatever your hobby or passion there is bound to be a club or society which will welcome you.
