How long have you owned the property? 11 years
What are the neighbours like? Really friendly and both side are families with children.
What attracted you to this specific house and location? We wanted to be in Whitefield, loved the size of the bedrooms and they all had en-suites.
what would you like to tell parents about the benefits of raising children here? Lots of space on all 3 floors, fantastic garden and really safe.
What made you choose this property over the other the others that were available?. It is such a bright house, lots of space for all the kids, bedrooms such a great size and the garden was a really big factor.
How convenient is it for commuting from here? 20 minutes to drive into town, 15 minutes to the Trafford centre and a few minute walk to Whitefield met line.
What can you tell us about the history of the property and how it has been adapted by previous owners? . The family we bought the house from renovated entierly the inside of the house.
Who do you think would be the ideal next owner? A family.
What changes have you made to the house since you've owned it? Master bedroom, new Art deco staircase from master bedroom to master bathroom, morning room and eat in area, recreated everywhere and added a bathroom off the den downstairs
What's your favourite room and why? Master bedroom, a spectacular staircase, lovely and bright, spacious, relaxing and spacious.
What changes are you most proud of and why? Changed a 22 seated dining room into morning room/eat in area and is so full of colour.
Memorable/remarkable event? 4th child, 2x Barmitzvahs, a batmitzvah, many birthdays, a 40th and a 50th
What do you love about the house the most now? How bright it is, location, garden and utility room being upstairs.
What will you miss most? The peaceful established garden and birds, bedroom sizes and amenities
What do you love about the local community? incredibly friendly, good neighbourhood watch and everything needed within walking distance.
why have you decided to move on? A renovation project now the children are older.
