5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything you could ever need is in walking distance, location is perfect for getting about central Manchester and further afield.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly. The one issue I had with payments on the washer was quickly resolved and refunded thanks to help from the team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. I got everything I was promised on my initial tour and, right now, couldn't be more satisfied.

The location of the building is great, plenty of shops/ bars/ restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the city centre.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent availability of local amenities in close proximity to the flats. If you work in the city, this is a perfect location with a maximum 20 minutes walk to the other side of town. There is limited traffic noise yet close to the main road, deansgate tram stop and Oxford Road station. There is occasionally noise from surrounding bars and if an event is on at the Aviva studios but nothing intolerable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had an issue with our freezer that has not been resolved after 4 months since raising the concern.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only issue I have had is the compatibility with flat mates, I understand that the questionnaire is in place to support this but having lived with my flatmates I feel the questionnaire was a poor reflection.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is an amazing area in Manchester City Centre - it feels like everything is on my doorstep…bars, fab restaurants, pubs and shops. I love it and I especially love that I feel very safe here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’re pretty quick with their responses - no complaints
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I moved into the East tower last year, I wish I would’ve been aware of all the upcoming construction…it was quite inconvenient for a couple of months.
