Castle Eaton is a small Wiltshire village located between Swindon and Cirencester, and home to The Red Lion, which is reputed to be the first pub on the River Thames. Quiet for most of the year, the village sees an increase in activity for a few weeks in the summer as the Royal International Air Tattoo takes place in nearby Fairford in July.
