The property, which is offered with no onward chain occupies a fabulous position adjacent to and overlooking Midsummer Common, has a gas fired central heating system and retains many period features including a ceiling rose, moulded ceiling cornicing, panelled doors and several cast iron fireplaces.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and is walled to the rear boundary, and laid mostly to lawn with two adjoining brick stores adjacent to the kitchen. Some of the neighbouring houses to the right have reduced their rear garden size in favour of creating an off street parking space and this might also be possible with this property if required.

For schooling, there are independent schools for all ages available, and North Terrace in particular sits in catchment for St Matthew’s Primary School and Parkside Community College, rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2023.

Cambridge station is 1.7 miles away from the property and offers regular direct services to London and Stansted Airport (journeys from 45 minutes and 28 minutes respectively) with a national bus/coach station on Parkside and Emmanuel Street.
