The property already present within the historical leopoldine cadastre dates back to the early 19th century and is on three levels composed as follows. The main structure of the leopoldina is connected by a canopy to a building that had agricultural use. The ground floor of the villa was used for agricultural activity and features an entrance hall, four large cellars, a storeroom, a bathroom and a habitable kitchen, as well as a large room used as a shed and an old wood-burning oven.
