This property is 10 minutes from Taberno, where all main amenities can be found for day to day living such as: supermarket, chemist, school, bar, restaurant and bakery etc. The market town of Albox is 15-20 minutes away, where there is a big variety of shops and supermarkets, medical centre, sport centre, bars and restaurants.  The lovely beaches of Almeria are 40 minutes away.The front terrace is accessed via double gates and it is covered with a fantastic grape vine that provides shade to the front of the property.
