The property is situated a small hamlet with all the essential for the day to day needs and the baker, fishmonger and gas man pass regularly ...etc. There is also a bus that goes twice a week in the morning into the town of Huercal-overa where all the big shops, supermarkets, post office, hospital, sport centre…etc can be found.  The main beaches of Almeria are only 20- 30 minutes’ drive away.
The front door leads to a small kitchen which is in need of some modernization but is very functional. From the kitchen there is a door that leads to the bright spacious living/dinner area. From this area  there are 2 doors to the right. The first door leads to the big fully equipped bathroom that is appropriate for disabled. Another door leads to the first floor and a small utility space to your right under the stairs. The garage/ workshop of the house has access from the road and from the front terace of the house and has capacity for 2 or 3 cars it also has a chimney in the corner.
The front terrace is covered with lovely vines providing shade to the property. The property is completely fenced and has gates to access the front terrace from the road. To the side of the property the garden has several fruit trees and has been used as a vegetable garden, it also has animal pens that currently is being used to keep some chickens.
