The house is situated in the beautiful village of Lucar where all basic amenities can be found. A few minutes away is the village of Cela with a natural water source, where you can swim, surrounded by cozy bars and restaurants. Tijola is 10 minutes away where all major supermarkets and shops can be found. The beaches of Almeria are about 45-60 minutes away.
In front of the front door there is a covered terrace where the entrance to the garage is and the front door that leads to the huge luxury hall with marble and granite throughout. To the left a door leads to the garage which has an electric garage door. To the right of the hall a door leads to the spacious dining/kitchen with open fire. A door from this kitchen leads to a huge space which is open to the garage. In this room is the boiler for central heating and there is a toilet with a separate shower. This space is currently used for storage. Back in the hall, the granite staircase leads to the first floor. From the hall there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace. Next to the kitchen there is a large storage/laundry room with a patio door leading to a spacious covered terrace with a large garden spread over several levels. Back in the kitchen a door leads into the L-shaped living-dining room with fireplace and there are patio doors leading to a spacious terrace/balcony from where there are tremendous views over the area/village. The living room can also be reached through the hall. On the first floor there is a bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath and fitted wardrobes. From the same hallway a granite staircase leads to the second floor from where there are patio doors leading to a very large terrace from where there are breathtaking views of the surrounding area and mountains. On this floor there is a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a shower room en suite, 3 further good sized double bedrooms with all fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath.
This is a very luxurious and amazingly spacious house situated in a very beautiful picturesque Spanish village. The house is equipped with all comforts and comfort and built with high-quality materials. The big plus of this house is of course the central heating in the entire house.
