The four bedrooms are all carpeted and three have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large, modern, fully tiled shower ensuite with vanity unit, fitted mirror, wc and towel rail. Adjacent to this is the recently fitted attractive family bathroom which has both a bath and a large shower. 

The rear garden has a fence within the plot to keep the annex screened from the bungalow and garden. The annex consists of an insulated timber building with vaulted ceiling and a upvc front door leads into a small kitchenette with sink, small area of worktop, room for a toaster and kettle with a space underneath where there is a water heater and space for a small fridge. Off this area is an electric shower and w/c with a door leading into the bedroom which has a upvc window and French Doors.

The bungalow garden in mainly lawn with shrubs and trees to the boundary which is securely fenced. At the bottom of the garden is a large store/shed.

Heating is from an oil fired boiler with a bunded oil tank in the rear garden.
