Location - The property is situated in the Wye Valley near the popular rural village of Glasbury-on-Wye.

Upon entering Cwmbach, noting the church and phone box on the right-hand side, take the second turning on the right (signposted Ciltwrch). Continue up onto the common and through the gate which if already shut please ensure the gate is closed, then turn immediately to the left where the property will be found in the left-hand side as indicated by the agents for sale board.
