***Vendor's comments:*** I’ve absolutely loved living here over the past 6 years and never had any issues whatsoever. I love the location of the flat. It's a nice quiet residential area but also very accessible to Croydon high street, East and West Croydon and Mitcham Junction train stations, you can get into London Victoria in under an hour. I’ve enjoyed many summers here as Franklin Way is quiet and there are plenty of green communal areas, it’s nice to sit outside with a book to relax. I’ve felt safe here, the green area outside my bedroom window is private and I like having my own front door.
People that live here are respectful, they take care of the area and everybody gets on really well. I love the flat it's so cosy and warm, I've spent a lot of time decorating recently painting all the walls, laying down brand flooring and installing a new bathroom. The fact that there is parking right outside has been very convenient for me. The flat is unique and perfect for somebody that is on their own and wants their own independence and their own space, I have really enjoyed living here and I will be sad to leave
Having the tram stop less than 30 seconds away is very convenient and I've enjoyed going to the park which is just 2 stops away. I have had many walks in the summer, walking over to Mitcham Common where there are plenty of shops within walking distance and there are large supermarkets; Aldi Lidl Sainsbury’s and Asda just minutes away. The road is residential and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but also very accessible to many shops schools train stations etc
The flat is very easy to maintain and it's so quiet I don't hear anything. When I'm inside my flat is very cool in the summer and heats up quickly in the winter. The flat has a cosy feel to it which I noticed as soon as I walked through the door the very first day that I viewed it and that will be something that I will miss too.
I hope the new owner loves and enjoys my home just as much as I have."
