This is a beautiful property, renovated with a lot of care and style. It offers a lot of flexibility, a buyer could choose to use any of the spaces for themselves or as a single property when with family and friends, renting out some or all of the remainder to provide a useful income. Given its central location, it has a strong appeal for renters.

Location
Chalet Blaitière is just to the east of Chamonix town centre, less than a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street, bars and restaurants although there are a couple of options within 100 metres. The nearest bus-stop, as well as the main train station and Montenvers train, are less than a minutes’ walk. The town centre boulangeries and supermarkets are very close by, as well as the main Carrefour supermarket.
