Tucked away in Buckley, close to the Trap Public House, can be found No.39 Ewloe Place. So, if you are looking for a two bedroom starter home, retirement home or even a fantastic investment opportunity, then you've got to take a look at this hidden gem.
Pulling up outside, there is space for parking a car at the front, some work will be required to make this happen, or you can park on the road outside. However, there is parking to the rear and also a detached garage, so parking will not be an issue here.
Walking down the block paved driveway, a tree with various shrubs forms part of the front garden which could, if required, be turned into more parking, just like other homes along the street have done.
Stepping through the frosted glass panelled front door, we enter into the kitchen / breakfast room. It's kept nice and bright in here thanks to the light door and the front facing double window. Quality light wood effect flooring covers this room, with wooden work surfaces adorning three walls that provide ample space for food preparation, and also a home for the many 21st century gadgets that we've become so reliant upon.
To the rear of the kitchen is a place for the table and chairs to sit, where currently you can seat four people comfortably, making this room a nice social part of the home. A staircase tucked away behind a secret doorway rises to the first floor, but we'll come back to that.
Another door, this one with glass panels, opens into the lounge, with the quality flooring continuing its theme into here.
This is a generously sized room, which currently hosts some large pieces of furniture, while still providing more space. A window looks directly into the dining room, with another window, higher up on the wall that separates the kitchen from the lounge, both offering great sources for natural light to flood in. There is a fireplace, which currently has an electric log burner in situ, for those cosy nights in front of a glowing real flame, without the hassle of having to clean it the next day. This is a room that once you're in, you won't want to move out of.
From the lounge, there's a small lobby that connects to the family bathroom and then the dining room.
The bathroom is stylish and modern, fitted with a contemporary suite consisting of vanity sink unit with toilet and a panel bath with shower attachment over. There is of course a glass shower screen to prevent splashing, and to finish the room off, there's a heated chrome towel rail to keep you nice and snug. Considering this is a two up two down house, the bathroom is a particularly good size - as is the rest of the home to be fair!
Next, we come to the dining room, or whatever room you want it to be. After all, you have a large kitchen that you can eat in, so how many rooms do you need for food? This would make a great games room, or lounge, playroom for the little one.... that also includes partners too! The flooring continues on in here and in the far wall, well this is made up of windows with a door centrally added, making this a very light room indeed.
Stepping outside, we come to a small patio rear garden area, ideal for BBQ's and sunbathing before we step through the gate, over the driveway and to the detached garage.....yes you have a detached garage, you're spoilt with this house!
Now, behind the garage, is the hidden secret garden, which is much, much larger than you could imagine. Here, there is space for a mini football 5 aside team to play, and if you don't feel like entertaining that, then a much bigger space for BBQ'ing with a larger group of family and friends. You could have an incredible veg plot here, or just create something amazing, but that all depends on your imagination!
Back inside to the kitchen, and behind that secret door, there's the stairs to the first floor.....to be honest, it's the only other floor!!
A small landing separates the two bedrooms, both being doubles and providing ample space for double beds and a host of other free standing furniture. One looks out over the front aspect and the other over the rear gardens. For the size of home, this house really does offer a great deal of space, with room in the attic for storage.
