nice looking apartments with nice furniture. However is very loud from events put on by Kampus. Apartments are very very hot too.

Never actually solved any issues that I have raised

Manager's response1Hi Will, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve found certain aspects of living at Minshull House challenging. While Kampus is a lively and sociable neighbourhood by design, we understand that noise and temperature are experienced differently by everyone. We always try to strike a balance between creating a vibrant community and ensuring residents feel comfortable in their homes. In your case, we’ve worked closely with you to find a resolution — including offering an alternative apartment, which we’re glad you’ve accepted. We feel this is a fair and practical solution that reflects our commitment to supporting residents where we can. We appreciate that Kampus won’t be the right fit for everyone, but we’re proud to say the vast majority of our residents enjoy the atmosphere and events that make the community unique. If there’s anything further we can do to help with your transition, just let us know. Kind regards, Harriet
