Directions
From the centre of the village of Braunton, turn left onto the B3231 signed to Croyde. Continue for 4.7 miles, passing Saunton and round the headland into Croyde. Continue until you reach the centre of Croyde, passing the shops and Blue Groove and take the left turn onto Jones's Hill. Passing the SEAT Garage on your left, take the next left turn onto Moor Lane. Take the left turn onto Broad Park Close and the property is the second to last house on the right- hand side.
