What the owners say:

The flat is in the middle of Deptford - we absolutely love having the high street on our doorstep - getting to know the Saturday market vendors, being able to source every ingredient from your local shops and spending evenings and weekends in the plentiful venues and eateries. Greenwich is also a short walk away and our Picture house membership has been put to good use during lazy weekends and week-nights.

Quick loops to the river and back via the local nature reserve or for something a little longer head to Greenwich Park - we retrace variations of these walks whenever we have a minute to spare. Transport links are excellent: trains from Deptford Rail Station (you are in Kings Cross in 25 min and there are regular trains to London Bridge), the Overground and Trains from New Cross and the DLR are all within less than 10min away.

The flat itself is on a residential street and our terrace is facing a quiet green square where we enjoy breakfasts surrounded by plants and bird song.

We've put lots of work and heart into shaping the flat into its current form and we looked after it meticulously. Downstairs is light and airy, and we love the large kitchen and living space that spills onto a big balcony. The generous bathroom and lots and lots of storage throughout the space make the flat super functional and easy to keep tidy.

Welcome to Strickland.

Our vision from the start was to build a property company that people are proud to say they use whether they are buying, selling, letting or renting a property. We are committed to making the process a happy and memorable experience that fits seamlessly into modern-day living.

We have built a friendly, local, independent company which allows us to deliver a service that is honest and transparent while being cutting-edge and results driven. We provide you with everything you'd expect from an estate agent minus the 'sales pitch'.

We live in a digital age and whilst we embrace modern technology to deliver effective results for our clients, customer excellence remains at the core of our business and always will. We live, work and socialise in the communities that we cover and because of this we know the areas exceptionally well. Here at Strickland we are focused on keeping our business local, from supporting other local start-ups to partnering with small businesses and suppliers. We're also very passionate about giving back to the communities that we grew up in and we make a personal pledge each year to volunteer our own time to help tackle homelessness.

Strickland provides comprehensive coverage of Deptford, Brockley, New cross, Lewisham, Greenwich and the surrounding areas. We offer a personalised and flexible service, available 7 days a week and we are not restricted to typical office hours.

Whatever your property needs we would love to hear from you.
