Description

The land rises gently from 100 metres above sea level at its southern tip to 200 metres above sea level on its northern boundary. The land is approached from a shared stone trackway which provides access firstly to lower lying pasture before passing through the farmstead and rising with the ridge to higher lying parts to reach the ruins of Henllan Isaf (Lower Old Church) farmstead reputed to be once an early religious site.

Lot 1 also contains the site of the Henllan Isaf farmstead ruins.

Comprising the west facing slopes of the shallow ridge. Lot 2 extends to approximately 110 acres of gently sloping low and high lying improved pastures combined with some damper less improved low lying northern areas. There is a strong natural water supply with frontage along the Nant Y Rhos Stream.
