Cariatiz is a little hamlet of Sorbas where you can find a few bars and a little shop and a communal pool in the summer all within walking distance. Sorbas is just a couple of minutes drive where everything for your daily life can be found. The beautiful beaches of Almeria can be reached within 30 minutes.
Entering the driveway through double gates where there is parking space for several cars. Through terrace door you enter the bright living room with log burner. To the left there is a bedroom and next to it the spacious bathroom with a huge shower and a corner bath. From here there is the very spacious modern kitchen with cupboards at each side. A terrace door leads to a spacious patio. From the kitchen an arch leads to the dining room and from the dining room an arch with a few steps leads back to the living room. The marble staircase leads upstairs. To the left hand side are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes. To the right hand side there is another bedroom with built in wardrobes and a fantastic shower room en suite. The master bedroom also benefits from double doors out to a huge terrace with stunning views and there is also access to this terrace from a door in the hall.
Outside there is a very big patio area with many places to sit and enjoy the views. Also next to the house there is a storage room which is very handy! The land that comes with the house is situated on a lower level infront.
