The local area is fantastic, with a great range of shops, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Transport links are very convenient for getting around the city, which is a huge plus. The neighbourhood generally feels safe. Traffic noise is minimal, and services like bin collections are reliable. It's a very convenient and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded well to my queries and have help solve the issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew such a place existed so I could move straight to Moda than spending time elsewhere.

Everything is very close to each other, ranging from shops, restaurants and local bus services. The bin area in moda is so convenient and easy to use. Though the only issue I have with moda is the noise coming from the college next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond very quickly and very professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I would engaged more with the socials in moda. I missed out on opportunities in meeting new people.

New York Square is in the City Centre, so it's great for bars and restaurants, it's next door to the bus station, so it's perfect for environmentally friendly travel throughout the UK, and it's not that far (5 mins walk) from the river where you can walk along the tow path.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they respond very quickly and efficiently. Alex is very knowledgeable!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is such a wide variety of people who live here: student, professionals, ever older residents (like me!).

Really enjoy living at Moda. The location’s super convenient, close to everything I need. The concierge team is great, always helpful. It’s clean, safe, and surprisingly quiet for the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any time I’ve raised an issue, the team has been quick to respond and helpful in sorting things out. No complaints.

The cost of the electricity and heating, it is very expensive so i recommend dealing with this
