    Fantastic place to live. The spaces allow me to relax after a hard days work & the location is fantastic Bad- dog poo & it would be great to have a punch bag in the gym!

    They have been fantastic if I raise a ticket, really responsive

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known about the amount of residents who don't respect the communal spaces by not picking up their dog poo.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good: Close to shops, restaurants and close to everything in the city center and nearby to west end. Public transport is very ideal. Location is probably the best you can get in Glasgow. Bad: close to building sights but that is a nit picking as it doesn't have anything to do with Moda. Parking prices is steep understandably as its in the city center, no guest/visitor spaces.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I raised an issue with the car park, they were very reactive however, not proactive.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish we knew there would be building sites popping up around the building, not modas fault however. Also apartments are too hot in summer but perfect in winter.

    It's a city centre location so very convenient for shops, local transport. There is some noise from bin collections

    Haven't had to ask the management to many questions, always responsive

    Our apartment was warm, always good to ask what side of the building is warm/cold

    Good aspects-public transport is accessible, city centre is close by. Bars close by! Indian students- grocery stores are near by

    5 months, I haven't raised any problems so far which is great

    Catriona showed me the flat, I was aware it was warm, however I wanted a south facing apartment

    good range of shops area - safe. Also very central to many shops and night life for those interested. Not much noise from traffic or any anti -social behavior to my knowledge.

    very good and very careful and quickly to acknowledge. Message on the app or come to front desk any questions that are answered promptly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    -no bed sheets when moved in or Television, had to purchase own and ask for help, -wish i knew there wasn't any AC in apartment, had to purchase own. -website said rooms are fully furnished which they weren't.
