Location Newton is a lovely village located in the parish of Dalton in the Westmorland and Furness district of the county of Cumbria. It is located on the Furness peninsula north-east of the port of Barrow-in-Furness and south of the town of Dalton-in-Furness. The village has a strong sense of community and has its own village school and community centre offering lots of activities. Newton is excellently placed yet offers a fabulous rural setting.

Follow the A590 towards Dalton-in-Furness. As you approach the Dalton roundabout, take the first exit onto Ulverston Road. Continue along Ulverston Road as it becomes Market Street. Proceed through the town, passing the Co-op on your left, and then turn left onto Abbey Road.

Take the first left again onto Cemetery Hill, which soon merges into Newton Road. Follow Newton Road out of Dalton and into the village of Newton-in-Furness. As you enter the village, veer left onto Newton Cross Road, passing The Village Inn. Continue along Newton Cross Road and the property is on the right
