Living in my local area is great beacause it's safe, clean, and well-connected, with friendly neighbours,good school, parks, and plenty of local shops and cafes within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive when I have reported issues most problems, like maintenance requests or cleaning concerns, are addressed within a reasonable time frame. Specially,Ali whenever there is an issue he helps us right away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how convenient the location is being so close to public transport, supermarket, and local amenities has made everyday life much easier than I expected.

Location is really great in terms of transport and convenience to the university and city centre. More convenience stores around would be nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have a problem with the wifi, but reception has been really helpful with this
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
there's a coffee machine and chocolate downstairs which is so nice.

I wish I had known more about the frequency of lift maintenance, as it can occasionally delays ,especially during busy hours,

The location is excellent, and the convenience of having everything in the building is great too. The downside at the moment is the construction work.

They listen to our problems and try to resolve them diplomatically.

don’t know what will be built on the land across the street; I would like to find out. I also didn’t know that the apartment gets so hot at this time of year, which I imagine will be good in winter.
