Lovely Farmhouse With Large Barn, Pool and Views

This lovely property is set in just over 1.4ha of land in an elevated position with far-reaching views across the vineyards, orchards and countryside.  It features a charming 3-bedroom house of approximately 140m² as well as a large barn (100m²) and a swimming pool. The land features some level areas, as well as terraces with fruit trees and space for animals.

Double gates open off the quiet country track to a spacious parking area with the house to one side and the barn to the other.

Back inside, a door from the dining area leads to the lounge with a wood-burning fireplace.  There is a window in here with views over the countryside and pool, and this room also has air-conditioning.  A door leads to the 3rd bedroom suite, which features a bedroom plus a separate lounge area with kitchenette plus a bathroom with shower. Double patio doors from here lead to the pool-side terrace. This area could easily be closed off and used as a separate guest annex, or kept as part of the main house.

To the other side of the parking area is a large barn with garage door, plus 2 other doors, one of which opens to the track and the other to the garden. 

In addition to mains electricity, there are photovoltaic panels for electricity generation with battery storage.  A solar panel for hot-water, plus a borehole for water, means that this is a great property for those who wish to be self-sufficient.  This country property has access to fibre internet - ideal if you want to work from home.
