This typical Tuscan property is located in the middle of the green hills of Valdichiana.

The restoration at the end of the 1990s and beginning of the 2000s was carried out using high-quality materials, maintaining a balance between history and modern comfort. In 2015, a new insulated roof was also built. The interiors retain the rustic charm of Tuscan tradition: exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and original 19th-century architectural details lend warmth and authenticity to every room.

The main house is spread over two floors:

The two outbuildings offer three additional apartments:
