Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to london bridge. It is very convenient and easy to travel to the city centre. I love this location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management generally responded to my problems on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know how the flats of different directions looked at different time of the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

To be honest it’s great not having to get the underground and the fact that we’re only 1 stop to London Bridge on a train is great. We don’t drive but when our friends come to visit they struggle to find parking, that’s the only downside, not having parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems we’ve had they have been very efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue we have is our window is right by a courtyard that the public uses and it can feel invasive as it’s right the sitting room window. Had we known about this before we moved in we might have taken a different flat. We would prefer if it was closed off from public use.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve really been enjoying our time in the area. Everything is clean, well-kept, and easy to get around. The people here are friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. My wife and dog are both having a great time, and it feels like a comfortable, safe place to be. Overall, just a really nice spot to spend time in – would definitely recommend!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely stellar service from Junior the maintenance guy! He showed up immediately after the request, was incredibly friendly, and handled everything with skill and a big smile on his face. It’s rare to see someone so professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. He made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend – Junior is a true asset to the team!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just moved in, too early to comment. Let’s revisit this in another few months. All good so far!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: close to trains into London bridge or DLR. Its a safe complex Bad: not enough cafes or shops nearby. No parking and the walk way from Lewisham is filthy and poorly lit when walking at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always great to deal with Junior! He’s always open to supporting and helping and super friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They would have a cafe on site by now. We’ve been here 1 year and nothing yet.
