I love Earlsfield. Well connected - nice cafes - accessibility. Staff make it super chill - always a friendly smile - Lexi especially and Z in evenings. Very grateful for their helpful and solutions oriented attitude.

Well but I only needed it early when I moved in. Haven’t required anything recently / in last year

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Earlsfield offers a great balance of city convenience and community charm. It has excellent transport links, plenty of green space, and a lively selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The area feels safe and friendly, though parking can be tight and Garratt Lane gets busy at peak times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Folk at Sunday Mills has been excellent—any issues I’ve raised were dealt with quickly and professionally. A special mention goes to Ethlin, who made a great first impression when she showed me my room and took the time to explain everything clearly. She’s incredibly friendly, warm, and consistently helpful—definitely one of the reasons I felt so comfortable and welcome during my stay. Her presence really adds to the sense of community in the building and made the whole experience that much better.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building has extra storage to rent which is really great.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The rooms are quiet , thick walls and double glazed windows. You can control the climate in your room with the aircon // heating too!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - they may take awhile but is the nature of big buildings
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rent prices go up annually and the kitchen is not a safe space to leave plates or groceries (people will assume it’s for everyone lol)
