5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The accommodation is located in a great area, its proximity to a variety of stores means everything you could possibly need is within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management/Maintenance is also always on hand to handle any requests throughout your stay without delay, and I have yet to stay at an accommodation that have responded to any requests as quickly as at The Quarters.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was aware the building had direct access to Yamatora restaurant next door, but was unaware the restaurant had an additional station to dine further within The Quarters itself that is beautifully decorated for summer. It was a lovely surprise to see.

Management is super quick to respond to any questions I have and fixes any issues quickly. Selna, the building manager is so incredibly kind and is always happy to help.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I absolutely loved the location, about 15 to 20 mins to central London . There are also many cafes nearby, so you can always get your morning coffee! Although it is located by the main road, I cannot hear any traffic from my apartment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I need any clarification, Selna has always responded to my WhatsApp messages promptly and provided solutions to my issues. She also has such positive energy whenever I speak to her in person.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing that I wish I had known before moving in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lived at The Quarters Swiss Cottage for a while now - overall, it’s a decent option if you want a modern, no-fuss living space in a well-connected part of London. The location is probably the biggest plus: you’ve got Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road stations within walking distance, making it easy to get into central. Loads of buses too. The area feels relatively safe, and it’s quiet enough most nights. You're near Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill if you're into green space, and there's a good mix of shops - everything from big chains (Waitrose, M&S, etc.) to some smaller independent spots.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any time I’ve had an issue, the building management team has been super responsive and helpful. Selna, the general manager, is approachable, professional, and clearly runs things well - she’s quick to follow up and actually listens, which already puts her ahead of a lot of other places in London. The maintenance team are fast, friendly, and get things sorted without fuss. Whether it’s a small repair or a technical issue in the room, they usually turn it around quickly and efficiently. The rest of the front desk and support staff are very polite and helpful, they are always present 24/7. Overall, it’s one of the best-managed places I’ve lived in - problems are always acknowledged and dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing might not be as convenient is the parking if you are moving in or need pick up, as the building is on the main road.
