On the first floor, we are welcomed by a hall that leads to an office, guest toilet, kitchen with access to the garden and a bright living room, connected to a pleasant outdoor area with a deck, where you can enjoy sea views, perfect for leisure moments, where we find an inviting swimming pool. The outdoor area has a barbecue area, with a connection close to the kitchen of the house.
