Impressive villa in Son Vida, the "Beverly Hills" of the Balearic Islands

This impressive villa is located at the peak of the exclusive residential area of Son

Vida – also known as "the Beverly Hills of the Balearic Islands," with its own security.

The complex is considered a secret meeting place for luxury clients and golf enthusiasts,

as it is home to Mallorca's oldest and most traditional golf course.

From the villa's terraces and the infinity pool, you have a

wonderful view of the city of Palma, which is especially breathtaking in the evenings, thanks to the twinkling lights.

As the villa is built directly into the hillside, you enter the building via the

upper floor, where there are two guest toilets, a spacious kitchen, a

dining area, a generous living room, two bedrooms, each with

en-suite bathrooms, and a staff apartment accessible from the outside.

The lower floor features an open but cozy living area

with a fireplace, a huge lounge area, a library, a second dining area

and three additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.

The rare and refined Italian "Stucco Veneziano" filling and smoothing technique was used on many elements of the villa. Another highlight is the rare marble, which impressively extends across all floors as well as the freestanding, spacious spiral staircase. On the lowest level, there is a pool area and barbecue area, as well as a third terrace. Behind this terrace lies a spacious utility room, a summer kitchen, two guest toilets, and space for a sauna or a fitness room.
