Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is convenient and public transport is well connected. The only problem is that Pest controls can be improved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I said we raised a maintenance request regarding door battery but management team didn’t send people on the time we have talked about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall is good. The facilities, service and cleaning in the building are all very good. I hope the door lock can be repaired soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, having the General Store on your doorstep is so useful for grabbing milk in the morning/post office. I’ve never been bothered by noise outside although it’s a busy area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been sorted promptly! Even putting a tv on the wall for me!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good - the cheap bills as I never use my heating! Bad - the closing of the gym, I’ve found it hard to find another of that quality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Wood Street House has been a pleasant experience. The area is well-connected, with Wood Street station just a short walk away, making it easy to get into central London or other parts of the city. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, offering a good range of options. The atmosphere is generally quiet and safe, and there are several green spaces within walking distance. Bin collections are regular, and I haven’t faced any issues with parking or noise. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been quick, helpful, and friendly in responding to any issues I’ve raised. They handle problems efficiently and communicate clearly throughout the process.

    Manager's response

We will be sure to pass on your kind words to Harita. Thank you for choosing Wood Street House as your home. Best wishes, The Wood Street House Management Team

Close to london bridge. It is very convenient and easy to travel to the city centre. I love this location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management generally responded to my problems on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know how the flats of different directions looked at different time of the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

To be honest it’s great not having to get the underground and the fact that we’re only 1 stop to London Bridge on a train is great. We don’t drive but when our friends come to visit they struggle to find parking, that’s the only downside, not having parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems we’ve had they have been very efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue we have is our window is right by a courtyard that the public uses and it can feel invasive as it’s right the sitting room window. Had we known about this before we moved in we might have taken a different flat. We would prefer if it was closed off from public use.
