We can’t say enough about this house, really – it’s been the perfect first home for us. In such a busy development, we feel very lucky to be on such a quiet, friendly street. The community is fantastic and the neighbours have become such good friends of ours. We’ve loved having the amazing new pub just behind us, and a now a fantastic café on the development too. The Hub on the development has a great schedule of fitness classes and the dog walking is top tier! The house itself is a dream, and truly we are only moving as we have found something closer to our family. We’ve been so happy here.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in Buckler's Park, this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb... This one is no different! Having been built by Legal and General Homes in 2022, this home is in beautiful condition throughout. It sits tucked away in a quiet cul de sac and would make the perfect first time or investment purchase.
Upon entering you have the entrance porch giving you space for coats and shoes to be kept away. This then leads you into the good size lounge complete with storage under the stairs, tour sellers have done a fantastic job maintaining and putting colour into this home. Toward the rear on the way through to the kitchen, the storage continues with another cupboard but just opposite to this you will find a well finished cloakroom. The kitchen has to be one of our favourite features of this home, not only is it a great specification with the shaker style units and stone worktops, but it also has high-quality, Bosch, integrated appliances including an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The bi-folding doors onto the south facing garden are a lovely touch meaning you can an ideal entertaining area on those warmer days.

Upstairs, there are two good size double bedrooms with the first of those to the front giving you ample space for free standing furniture. The master bedroom at the back again is a good size with built in wardrobes but, the finish in the bathroom is second to none. Not only does it have a window but it also has a heated and lit mirror. The rear garden as we've mentioned is south facing and has had dog friendly Astro turf put down making it extremely low maintenance and a great sun trap. You also have access to the side to the front of the home with driveway parking for two cars.

This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. We can't wait to take you on a tour!

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built in the next few years. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. Crowthorne's train station is around a 25 minute walk and you also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
