Town Centre living

A top floor one bedroom apartment in this Grade II listed conversion. As you can see from the photographs, there are some issues with this flat and the building, all of which the management company are aware and we are led to believe are in the process of obtaining quotes to repair. These issues have been ongoing for a number of years and this has been reflected in the price. Internally, things in the flat look quite bad, worse than they actually are. The kitchen and bathroom fittings are alright, we are informed once the roof (the lead lining in the parapet at the rear needs redoing) and the stone work at the front are repaired (that came from a blocked guttering hopper). There will be a fair amount of re plaster boarding and associated works (décor, carpets etc) needed internally once the above works have been completed.
