Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a good range of local shops, a few great restaurants and cafés, and several green open spaces for walking or relaxing. Transport links are generally convenient with regular buses and a nearby train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick to fix any issues, usually same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The internet is for the whole building and sometimes gets disconnected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been an excellent experience — definitely one of the wisest decisions I’ve made! The neighborhood offers a great variety of supermarkets and some really good restaurants, making day-to-day life very convenient. Battersea Power Station with its large shopping mall is just a short walk away, which is a huge plus. Transport links are also excellent, with both bus and underground stations nearby, so getting around is never a problem. A special thanks to Abdo Dada, the property manager who helped me rent my place. He was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole process — from the initial viewing to moving in — everything went smoothly. Communication was always easy and efficient, which made the entire rental experience stress-free. Overall, this is a high-quality living area that I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in London!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management communicates with residents primarily through email and the community app. Whenever I have raised any issues or concerns, they have responded very promptly and efficiently, ensuring that problems are addressed in a timely manner. Their quick response greatly improves the living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This place is fantastic! My favorite spots are the work area in Building G and the entertainment zone on the 10th floor. Both areas offer great environments for productivity and relaxation. I highly recommend everyone to check them out—you definitely don’t want to miss these amazing facilities!

Very convenient. Good environment. No traffic noise. The staffs are friendly. Everything here is nice. Abdo Dada helped a lot and he’s super friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded and solved the problems super quick

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I love the public areas and facilities in Bloom. Would be more willing to live here if shared more about those

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living around Battersea Power Station is incredibly convenient: a Waitrose and Sainsbury's are just minutes away for all your grocery needs, while the Battersea Power Station retail complex offers global brands, independent cafes, riverside restaurants and a cinema under one roof. You can stroll across the river to Battersea Park's playgrounds, boating lake and Peace Pagoda, and the new Northern line station provides direct, 20-minute journeys to Chinatown, Camden or King's Cross. Multiple bus routes over Chelsea Bridge and Thames Clippers river boats add further options for getting around quickly and easily. Abdo Dada, the agency, has been professional and responsive, making the entire renting process smooth and stress-free from the beginning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been extremely prompt-any issue I raise is usually sorted out within a day or two. If something urgent comes up, they often address it the very same day, so I never have to worry about lingering problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One minor drawback I've noticed is that cooking aromas from neighbouring apartments occasionally waft into my flat, especially when someone is frying strong spices or using an intense stir-fry. It's only every now and then, but when it happens, the smell lingers in the living room for a few hours. A small tweak to the ventilation system or installing better door seals might help reduce the cross-apartment scents. Beyond that, however, everything else— from the modern design and amenities to the responsive management—has been excellent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local stores. Most expensive Waitrose in existence very close by, plus a Sainsbury’s and Battersea Power Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly, if at all. Internet has had problems the entire time we have lived there and you’re tied to one specific provider so there’s no incentive for them to fix it. Pot luck if there’s anyone on security at night and you don’t have your fob (it is not 24 hours as claimed).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the pool is very limited in numbers allowed. The internet provider is tied into the building and you can’t change no matter how bad it is. Bookings often take up the roof top communal space so you can’t use them as residents.
