Description

"Drummond Road has been a really special place to call home during our late twenties and early thirties. We've made loads of fun memories here - hosting friends for drinks and dinners, having visitors from out of town come to stay, and enjoying Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road being right on the doorstep. We've also really loved having a bit of outdoor space to have some plants and flowers and to have a morning coffee in the sun. We'll definitely miss living here!"

The home

A fab St. Pauls maisonette with a homely and warm vibe and 100 square metres/1,079 Square feet of living space including a super handy garden studio. The finish is on trend throughout the property with reconditioned floorboards, Farrow & Ball paint and beautiful fireplaces. The lounge is a lovely room with loads of natural light pouring through the West facing bay window. The kitchen/dining room is perfect for hosting, a wonderful social space. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the front bedroom is super spacious and extends the full width of property, the rear bedroom is really peaceful and overlooks the garden. The floor is rounded off by a large bathroom with a four piece suite. The property offers good storage, including a spacious under-stair area-come-cloakroom, and a dedicated laundry cupboard upstairs that keeps the washing machine and linen neatly tucked away. To the rear is a shady and tranquil garden with a studio, perfect for creatives and buyer who need that extra bit of work space.
