FARM WITH PROJECT APPROVED FOR TOURISM UNITS

- plot of urban land next to the road, which could be detached, with permission to build individual homes, maximising the property's profitability

- Construction area: 510.81 m2 + 112.44 m2 of porches
- Pavements/Walkways: 435 m2
- Roads/Parking: 910 m2 (12 spaces + 1p/minibus + 3 adapted)
- Reception and leisure building with spa, gym, massages and technical area
- 5 accommodation units (1-bedr., 2-bedr. and 2-bedr. + mezzanine), distributed harmoniously throughout the land
