Directions - On approaching Cubert from the east, at the roundabout turn right towards Crantock. Drive down the hill for about 200 yards and turn left before the School into Chynoweth Road. Drive for about 150 yards to where the road narrows and continue straight on. Follow the road sharply around to the right, continue to the next junction, turn right towards Tresean (effectively continuing straight on) and after about 150 yards turn right towards Tresean. Follow the lane down the hill, bear around to the left, ignore the next turning to the right towards Tresean and continue straight on. Drive for about 350 yards and the land will be seen on the left-hand side opposite a pair of Bungalows.
