One of the materials that stands out most at first glance is the one that
covers its exterior.

The ventilated façade system made with Dekton by Cosentino has been a
challenge due to its morphology and curvatures. It culminates in an incredible
190 m2 curtain wall, where light penetrates permanently, ensuring
unforgettable moments in its communal areas.

can gaze brazenly to the west, as no visual barrier will stand between you and
