Foot note.  The property is presented in generally good condition, having undergone significant improvements and extension works (as referenced above) which has considerably enhanced the living accommodation.  Modernisation works through the property, such as updated kitchen and bathrooms fittings, contribute positively to its overall appeal and habitability.  However, it should be noted that there are areas where refurbishment works remain incomplete, including unfinished decorative elements and some externals works.     

Location: This is a desirable location within easy reach of Hurst Park Primary School and also within Heathside Secondary School catchment.  Tesco Supermarket, Sainsbury local, Hurst Pool and The Pavilion health club are close by, as is the River Thames and Hurst Meadows - the perfect spot for dog walkers or to enjoy river life over a coffee at the local cafes. Just a little further along the towpath is Hampton Court, visit the majestic Palace and the magic garden playground. There are numerous independent restaurants and boutiques on Bridge Road, as well as every day-to-day need catered for on East Molesey's main high street. For travelling further afield you could not be better placed, Hampton Court train station has direct links to London Waterloo, and local buses to Kingston and Walton on Thames are on your doorstep, as well as great links to the A3, M3 and M25.
