Outside

At the front there are mature trees and hedgerows, and a gate to the original front door and a pathway around the front of the house. In the rear garden there is paved patio with a low wall surround and a variety of mature trees and shrubs. The garden is laid mainly to lawn and enclosed by fences and mature hedges. There is also a timber garden shed and hexagonal summer house with another patio area.

The village of Rushden has a public house, church and local garden centre with coffee shop and lies just 5.2 miles from the town of Buntingford and 5.4 miles from the Georgian town of Baldock. Sandon Primary School is 3 miles from the property, and The Knights Templar Secondary School is 5.5 miles away. Junction 10 of the A1 is just 7.3 miles away.
