This has been a beautiful home to grow our family, filled with many happy memories of pancakes at the breakfast bar and water balloon fights in the garden! Our neighbours are wonderful and there is a really lovely community feel on our street. The park around the corner is really convenient for us (as our boys love it!) and I know that any potential family looking to move would enjoy this home and garden as much as we have.

The location is really ideal as the house sits at the front of the estate and has access for only the first few houses which makes it feel more like a private road. The A329, The Lexicon and Wokingham town centre / train station are super easy to get to - within a 5-10min drive.

We love our garden and spend a lot of our time out there. We built two patio areas - one closer to the house and another area at the bottom to enjoy the evening sunshine on summer nights. (When it’s not being used as a trampoline base!)

There are several desirable primary schools local to us that are easily walkable along with many play parks such as Cantly and the Kentwood meadow nature reserve.

Honesty parting with our home is one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make as there really are so many great reasons we love living here.

Upstairs all four bedrooms are really generous in size, there's fitted wardrobes to largest of the two and they're all positioned off a spacious galleried landing. There's a en-suite to the main bedroom as well as the family bathroom, and both are of a lovely high standard of finish. The decor is flawless throughout and we just know how popular this one is going to be, so waste no time in enquiring if you're interested to have a look!

Readwin Close is nestled into the 'Mulberry View' estate, just off Warren House Road and backs onto meadows, playgrounds & parks, with the well known Cantley Park just a short walk away. There's plenty of little cut-throughs & footpaths taking you out to various areas to enjoy, there's a Sainsbury's local a short distance away for all the daily essentials and Wokingham Town Centre is around a mile away, or roughly a 20-30 minute stroll. There's plenty of well regarded schools locally and commuting is a breeze with the A329 just round the corner.
