Intro
We bought the house in 2002 and lived there until 2014, when we moved to the US.
We fell in love with it the moment we saw it and are sad to be selling it. Renting out a property in a country we are not living in isn’t the easiest thing, which is why the sale is being considered.
It was our second house purchase, and we have the best memories there, as it’s the place where we brought our daughter home when she was born. We used the upstairs through room (shown as an office and used as a nursery), which had a cot and changing table, and worked perfectly for us as she was always right next door.
The house was built in about 1894, and we love the period features of the property.
I’m not sure if they can be seen at the moment; however, there is/was a grapevine in the backyard that produces nice-tasting green grapes in the summer, and also a damson/plum tree behind the summer house.
